Group Director
Pete brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a Royal Engineer working on bridge construction projects. Since then, he has developed extensive expertise in health & safety and CDM consultancy, supporting clients on major refurbishment and new-build schemes.
With a strong foundation in health & safety and CDM regulations, Pete plays a key role in shaping AIM Environmental’s safety culture, ensuring that the wellbeing of our workforce and the public remains central to everything we do.
Jordan Macleod
Operations Director
Jordan brings over a decade of experience in environmental waste management and asbestos abatement, developing deep technical knowledge and practical expertise across these specialist sectors.
His extensive background in coordinating nationwide asbestos abatement works has equipped him with a strong understanding of logistical planning, safety-critical decision-making and regulatory compliance.
As Operations Director, Jordan draws on this experience to lead AIM Environmental’s operational delivery, ensuring that every project is executed safely, efficiently and to the highest industry standards.
Ella Williams
Accounts Manager
Ella brings over six years of experience in finance, having previously worked for an independent accountancy firm where she gained broad exposure to financial management, reporting and client-focused services. Over the past two years, she has applied this expertise to overseeing AIM Environmental’s accounts, ensuring the smooth and accurate financial operation of the business.
With a strong understanding of financial processes and an organised, detail-driven approach, Ella plays a key role in supporting AIM Environmental’s continued growth and stability, providing reliable financial oversight and ensuring our operations remain efficient, compliant and commercially sound.
Daniel Quinn
Technical / Quality Manager
Dan brings over 15 years of experience in the asbestos industry, with vast experience as an asbestos analyst, giving him strong technical expertise and a detailed understanding of industry standards. His background also includes on-site consultancy, project management and supporting consultancies in enhancing their technical and quality management systems.
Dan has worked with a wide range of clients, providing clear guidance on the Control of Asbestos Regulations and related legislation. His blend of analytical skill and regulatory knowledge supports AIM Environmental in delivering safe, compliant and technically robust asbestos operations.
Chris Padley
Senior Site Supervisor
Chris brings over 35 years of experience as a qualified carpenter and joiner, beginning his career with the Royal Engineers before progressing into managing multi-trade teams delivering maintenance works for a national care group. Building on this strong technical foundation, Chris trained in asbestos removal and now oversees both asbestos abatement and subsequent reinstatement works.
With extensive practical expertise and a strong commitment to quality and safety, Chris plays a key role in ensuring AIM Environmental delivers asbestos projects that are managed to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
Josh Ollier
Administration Manager
Josh brings nine years of experience in software and mobile application development, having worked with blue-chip companies to create chart-topping digital products. His background in designing high-performing, user-focused systems provides him with a strong technical foundation and a detailed understanding of modern digital processes.
In his role as Administration Manager, Josh leads the digital functions within AIM Environmental, overseeing information gathering, workflow optimisation and report production to ensure our operations remain efficient, accurate and data-driven.
