Where asbestos containing materials are in a poor condition or are to be affected by proposed refurbishment works, removal of these materials may be required.
Our qualified and experienced team are able to assist with the removal of asbestos materials ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005.
Asbestos Remediation
Where asbestos containing materials have become damaged or have deteriorated over time, remediation and repair can be a cost-effective alternative to removal.
Our qualified and experienced team are able to assist with all asbestos remediation projects from concealment and overboarding to encapsulation and labelling to ensure that these materials remain in a good, sealed condition and can be effectively managed.
Waste Management
Being a registered waste carrier, AIM Environmental Ltd can assist with your asbestos waste management requirements.
All waste is double bagged using UN approved waste bags or wrapped in 1000-gauge polythene and labelled. The waste is then safely transported and deposited at a registered waste transfer station or land-fill site where consignment documentation is completed to provide evidence of safe disposal.
